Pastor’s Greeting

Dear friend,

May the peace of the Lord Jesus be with you this day!

Welcome to the Web Site of Saint Catherine of Siena Parish. I’m glad that you chose to visit us today, at least virtually. If you have come looking for information, I think you’ll find it here. If not, please contact us by email or phone or come to the parish office. We’d be glad to help.

God is praised in the good stewardship of so many people in this parish. If you are already a parishioner, take a look at the services offered here and at the ministries through which we reach out in service to our fellow parishioners and to people who need our help. Perhaps as you navigate this web site, you will feel a pull toward one or another of these ministries in which your talents and gifts could make a contribution. Perhaps you will see a service we offer that will meet your needs right now. And perhaps you have the next good idea that could set us in a new direction. Please be in touch.

If you are looking for a spiritual home, this web site should give you a sense of who we are, the faith we profess, and the service of God and our neighbor that is our reason for existing. Would you like to join us on the journey of faith? We are a Christian community in the Roman Catholic Tradition, a parish of vibrant life, always trying to learn how to love better, always anxious to offer a ready welcome.

If what you see here makes you want to know more, come and join us for a celebration of the Sunday Eucharist. It is when we gather in prayer and praise around the altar of the Lord Jesus that we’re at our best. Talk to any priest you see after Mass; we’re always happy to meet new people. A call or email to the parish office will also get you connected with a member of the parish staff who would be happy to speak with you.

May the Lord be with your spirit, and may every blessing be yours.

Yours in the love of the Lord,

Monsignor Robert Slipe
